- The product is in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging and tags)
- The product is not specially ordered or customized
- All original documentation and accessories are included

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
