Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging and tags)
  • The product is not specially ordered or customized
  • All original documentation and accessories are included
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packages of bulbs (including B15, B22, E14, E27, and G9 caps) unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
